Colleen has been creating inviting and unique interiors for over twenty years. She developed her aesthetic – clean, curated, and comfortable, often with a dash of color – while renovating, designing, and decorating multiple homes of her own, including a vintage house in the Nation’s Capitol, a Denver Victorian, and an 1880s historic schoolhouse. Having lived the design/build process through multiple home renovations, she intimately appreciates the process from the client’s perspective. She loves clearing out the clutter and opening a house to a fresh, modern mix of old and new that welcomes family and friends.

Prior to launching her interior design business, Colleen was an attorney and federal prosecutor, in Washington, D.C., and in Denver, where she developed superb communication, organizational and problem solving skills. And lots of good stories. She also spent years as an art and portrait photographer. She splits her time in Colorado between the city in Denver, and the mountains in Salida, with her husband, two teenage boys and a herd of Labrador retrievers.
